Website monitoring for web agencies
One account, every client site. When a homepage dies or a certificate is a week from expiring, you hear it first — in plain English, not a status code.
Best fit: Agency. See pricing.
What goes wrong
-
The call you should never get
A client notices the site is down before you do. That call is expensive even when the outage is short.
-
Certificates you do not control
Hosts, registrars, and “the other contractor” all touch SSL. You still get blamed when the padlock breaks.
-
Domains that lapse on a Friday
A forgotten renewal takes a brochure site offline and a weekend to unwind. The registrar email went to a former staffer.
Plain English
Your SSL certificate expires in 6 days
Not “HTTP 200 on probe 3.” A sentence you can forward to the client, with the technical detail one tap away.
What we watch
- Uptime and a keyword on the homepage, so a parked page does not count as “up”
- SSL certificate expiry on every site
- Domain registration expiry
- Alerts by email, SMS, push, or webhook — one price per site, not per check

Questions
- Can my team share one account?
- Yes. The Agency plan includes 50 sites and 10 people, including you. Owners add and remove sites; everyone sees the same rack.
- Will clients see this?
- No. There is no public status page. You get the alert; you decide what the client hears.
- Do I pick monitor types for each client?
- No. Add the site. Uptime, SSL, and domain expiry are included. The price does not change when we add a check.
- What if I only have a handful of clients?
- Start on Business (15 sites) or Starter (3). You can move up when the roster grows.
