Website monitoring for online stores
When the store is down, people do not wait. They buy from someone else. We watch the shop, the certificate that keeps checkout trusted, and the domain that holds the whole thing up.
Best fit: Business. See pricing.
What goes wrong
-
Carts that go nowhere
A 20-minute outage on a campaign day is not “brief instability.” It is abandoned carts and a support queue full of “is the site down?”
-
A padlock that scares buyers off
An expired certificate turns the checkout into a browser warning. Most people leave. Few write in.
-
Receipts that never arrive
The store can look fine while order mail is broken. A one-time scan checks MX, SPF, and DMARC so you know if that setup is missing.
Plain English
Your SSL certificate expires in 6 days
Shoppers never see a scary warning. You get the sentence in time to renew, and a trial keeps watching after the scan.
What we watch
- Uptime on the storefront, with a keyword so a host holding-page does not look healthy
- SSL certificate expiry, which checkout depends on
- Domain registration expiry
- A one-time look at store email setup (MX, SPF, DMARC) on the free scan

Questions
- Do you watch the checkout flow itself?
- Not yet. We watch that the store is up, the certificate is valid, and the domain is current. Heartbeats and checkout checks are later work — we will not advertise them until they ship.
- Is email monitoring included?
- The free scan looks at MX, SPF, and DMARC once. Ongoing monitoring covers uptime, SSL, and domain expiry. Recurring email incidents are not part of the plan today.
- Which plan fits a single store?
- Starter covers 3 sites, enough for the shop plus a blog or landing page. Business is 15 sites if you run more than one storefront.
- How fast do you check?
- Every plan checks once a minute. You pick how we tell you — email, SMS, push, or a webhook into the tool you already use.
