Website monitoring for nonprofits, schools, and churches
The site is how people give, enroll, and show up. It is often maintained by a volunteer who already has a full-time job. We watch it so they do not have to.
Best fit: Starter. See pricing.
What goes wrong
-
The donation page on campaign week
A down page during the one week you ask is not a technical incident. It is money that does not arrive.
-
A school calendar that 404s
Families stop trusting the site and start emailing the office. The outage is still “just the website.”
-
A domain the last secretary registered
Renewal mail goes to an address nobody watches. The church site becomes a registrar for-sale page on Sunday morning.
Plain English
Your SSL certificate expires in 6 days
Forward it to the volunteer or the vendor. You do not have to explain TLS. The sentence is the whole message.
What we watch
- Uptime and a keyword on the page people actually use
- SSL certificate expiry
- Domain registration expiry
- A one-time look at whether inquiry mail is even set up

Questions
- We barely have an IT person. Can we use this?
- Yes. Enter the web address and an email. The report is sentences. The trial is the same product — no extra setup.
- Is there a nonprofit discount?
- Not a separate plan. Starter is $10 a month for 3 sites, or $100 a year. That is the whole product, not a teaser tier.
- Will you email our whole board?
- We email the address you give us on the scan, and the people you invite after you start a trial. You choose who is on the account.
- Do you change anything on the site?
- No. We only watch. We will not edit pages, DNS, or hosting.
