Website monitoring for WordPress and WooCommerce
A WordPress site can return 200 and still be a critical error, a default theme, or a host parking page. We watch the address and a phrase that should be there.
Best fit: Starter. See pricing.
What goes wrong
-
The plugin update that blanked the home page
PHP fatals, “briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance,” a theme that never came back. Hosts still report the box as up.
-
WooCommerce with a dead padlock
Shoppers will not enter a card on a certificate warning. The rest of the catalog can look perfect.
-
Auto-renew that did not
Domain and SSL renewals fail quietly when a card expires. WordPress does not tell you. We do.
Plain English
Your SSL certificate expires in 6 days
Enough time to renew at the host or the registrar — before visitors see the warning and before a Friday deploy makes it worse.
What we watch
- Uptime, plus a keyword so a whitescreen or maintenance page is a problem
- SSL certificate expiry
- Domain registration expiry
- Alerts you can send to the person who actually updates the site

Questions
- Do I need a WordPress plugin?
- No. We check the public site from the outside. Nothing to install, and nothing that breaks on the next core update.
- Can you tell a plugin crash from a host outage?
- We tell you the page did not load, or the keyword is gone, or the certificate is expiring. We do not log in to wp-admin. The sentence is still enough to start fixing it.
- I run WooCommerce. Which plan?
- Starter is enough for one shop. If you run several stores, Business (15 sites) or Agency (50).
- Will this slow the site down?
- A check once a minute is a single request. It is not a crawl and it is not a load test.
