Local businesses
Website monitoring for local businesses
The site is the front door after hours. If it is down, the booking form is gone and the next customer just calls someone else. Give us the address. We’ll worry about it.
Best fit: Starter. See pricing.
What goes wrong
-
A dark booking page on Saturday
The restaurant is slammed. The site is not. Nobody on the floor is checking a status page.
-
“Not secure” on the contact form
An expired certificate makes the page look untrustworthy. People looking for a plumber or a dentist move on.
-
The domain was on a personal email
The person who bought the domain left. The renewal mail did not. The site disappears on a Monday.
Plain English
Your SSL certificate expires in 6 days
You do not need to know what SSL is. You get a sentence, and time to ask whoever built the site to renew it.
What we watch
- Whether the site loads, and whether a keyword you care about is still on the page
- SSL certificate expiry
- Domain registration expiry
- An email or text when something needs you — not a dashboard you have to learn

Questions
- I am not technical. Is this for me?
- Yes. You enter the web address. We watch it. Alerts are sentences like “Your SSL certificate expires in 6 days,” not status codes.
- What if a designer already “handles the site”?
- They may. They also go on holiday. The scan takes a minute and shows what is true right now, without waiting on anyone.
- How much is it?
- Starter is $10 a month for 3 sites, or $100 a year. A 14-day trial needs a card. There is no free plan, on purpose.
- Will you change anything on my site?
- No. We watch. We do not log in, edit pages, or touch DNS unless you later ask for that and we have built it.
